09.30.2011: The night before, I made some Chicken Stew and had made enough for another meal the next day. I decided to get creative make Chicken Pot Pie. It came out beautifully and made some Mixed Trifle Berries for dessert. It was YUM! :)

I recently purchased a Canon 60D DSLR camera and it puts a smile on my face everytime I use it. I love taking pictures of everything from my family, my friends, Mother Earth and just about anything else I find interesting in that moment.
The reason I started this project is for myself really... I love my life. I love my work. I love my family and friends. I have so much to be thankful for and this project will help me remember what I'm thankful for everyday. I hope it inspires you to do the same! :)
